Scope Of Work Interior power and lighting, exterior building lighting

Project Detail

Comcast Innovation and Technology Center is a $1.2 billion skyscraper that will span the 1800 block of Arch street.  It will be a 59-story structure, developed by the Comcast Corporation and Liberty Property Trust, that will expand Comcast’s global headquarters and become the new home for NBC 10, Telemundo, and the Four Seasons Philadelphia Hotel.  When complete, the tower is anticipated to claim its place as the tallest building in the United States outside of New York and Chicago.  Anticipated completion is 2019.

Shaeffer Electric will be providing interior power and lighting for the NBC10 workspace and studios, interior power and lighting for a number of the workplace floors, the security and access control system, and the exterior building lighting.  We are excited to contribute to the innovative building and the newest part of the Philadelphia skyline.
