William A. J. Shaeffer’s Sons is one of the outstanding electrical contracting firms in the greater Philadelphia area. We enjoy a well deserved reputation for timely performance, quality workmanship and fair dealing. We contract directly with some of the leading institutions in the Delaware Valley and also team with many prominent General Contracting/Project Management teams.

We work from plans and specifications but can also bring valuable experience to design/development projects. A hallmark of our company remains direct family engagement. We are hands on project managers. We attend project meetings and try to proactively address issues before they become problems in order to insure a project’s success.

We specialize in institutional, commercial and healthcare electrical construction. We employ an exceptional group of skilled, experienced IBEW electricians. We are licensed in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties and the State of New Jersey; are fully insured and enjoy a high bonding capacity.

In the Philadelphia area we are signatory partners with IBEW union Local 98. Professional affiliations include membership in the Pen-Del-Jersey chapter of NECA (The National Electrical Contractors Association) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
